About this role
HCT is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing of Long Term Care for a 75+ bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Minnesota for a 6 month interim leadership assignment.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care. • Stabilize staffing through CNA recruitment, retention, and team development. • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while maintaining accountability. • Ensure resident and employee safety and regulatory compliance. • Promote quality improvement and effective communication regarding changes in residents' conditions. • Oversee assigned departments and assist with personnel and supply budgets.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred • Experience: Previous nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is required • License: RN MN license is required • Software: Expereince with Point Click Care: preferred
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
