The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse or therapist. Performs services for the client as necessary to maintain the personal comfort of the client. The Certified Nursing Assistant reports directly to a Staffing Manager and receives clinical oversight by the Clinical Supervisor.
SCHEDULE
This is a part time position that offers a flexible schedule during office hours Monday - Friday. This position will require you to travel to client's homes to provide 1:1 client care that may take 1-3 hours per client.
COVERAGE AREA
This position reports to the Mendota Heights, MN office and provides services in Eagan, Inver Grove Heights and surrounding cities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, routine catheter and colostomy care, ambulation, transfers or positioning. Performs simple dressing changes that do not require the skills of a licensed nurse. Assists with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Typically, this involves reminding the client of the specific times to take their medication. Performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy services under the direction and supervision of the therapist.

Reports changes in the client's condition and needs to the Registered Nurse.
Performs household services essential to health care at home, including, but not limited to: Meal preparation/feeding Laundry Light housekeeping
