The day-to-day
• Plan, schedule, and oversee broader maintenance activities, coordinating external contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. • Own the visitor experience end-to-end — managing access, sign-in procedures, security protocols, and ensuring guests are greeted professionally and in line with site requirements. • Partner with People/HR teams to ensure new team members are set up for success, including workspace preparation, access, equipment, and a smooth first-day experience. • Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, space planning, and the overall day-to-day functioning of the workplace. • Help maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with relevant regulations and company standards.
