YOUR ROLE: INSPIRE, SUPPORT & HELP LITTLE LEARNERS GROW
Work alongside the Lead Teacher to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel supported and excited to learn.
What You'll Do:
• Assist with classroom lessons, activities, and daily routines. • Supervise, engage, and encourage children as they learn and develop new skills. • Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning activities. • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and inviting classroom. • Support children's daily needs and the Lead Teacher's classroom responsibilities. • Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers. • Help create meaningful learning experiences that support children's overall development.
WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required). • At least 1 year of related experience. • Must be 18 years old or older. • Patient, reliable, caring, and enthusiastic about working with children. • Willingness to support children's learning, development, and daily care.
