Your role

Join our Finance Transformation team and help global clients improve and modernize their R2R processes. In this role, you will work on business process improvement, digital transformation, automation, and ERP-related projects, collaborating with experienced consultants and stakeholders to design smarter, more efficient finance operations.

Your tasks

• Support Finance Transformation projects focused on R2R processes and technology improvements • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation • Prepare process documentation, business requirements, and solution proposals • Participate in process assessments, benchmarking, and operating model design activities • Gather and analyze data to develop recommendations for clients • Contribute to ERP and finance platform implementation projects • Support workshops, meetings, training sessions, and change management activities • Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver business transformation initiatives

Your profile

• At least 3 years of experience in R2R processes • Solid understanding of finance operations and process improvement principles • Experience creating process documentation, procedures, and process maps • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar ERP solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills in English • Proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work independently • Experience working with clients, stakeholders, or project teams • Continuous improvement mindset with interest in automation and digital transformation
