You will independently own research activities for one or more product areas, partnering with product managers, developers, and end users to turn complex clinical needs and business goals into intuitive, high-quality experiences, from early discovery through to successful release.

Qualifications & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in UX research, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research projects, research methodologies, synthesis, and impact on product decisions. • Proficiency with research and collaboration tools, including Figma for communicating concepts and UX research platforms such as Dovetail, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, or similar. • Demonstrated expertise in wireframing and prototyping. • Demonstrated experience independently planning and leading user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, and synthesizing findings into personas, journey maps, and actionable insights. • Strong knowledge of HCI principles and design best practices. • Proven ability to communicate design rationale and research findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders. • Excellent spoken and written English.
