Monthly gross cash compensation
months 1–6 €1,179 – €1,346
from month 7 €1,079 – €1,246
What you'll do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and support customers with their enquiries • Process requests through back-office channels • Identify customer needs and offer the right solution • Handle objections and complaints professionally • Support sales-related tasks, depending on project needs • Work across different IT systems and digital tools
What we're looking for
• French at C1/C2, written and spoken (mandatory) • Already residing in Portugal • Good computer skills • Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, proactive attitude • Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday, between 7 AM and 7 PM • Experience in customer service, call centre, sales, or advisory roles is a plus
