Who we’re looking for:

- People with a track record of exceptional results in their field, whatever their title or role. - Builders who are comfortable with moving fast and enjoy creating structure where none exists. - People who work well with teams, take ownership of their work, and follow through - People who are genuinely interested in building the foundations for a future of safer AI.

How this works: This is not an application for a specific open position. We review submissions regularly. If there’s a strong match with a current or upcoming need, someone from our team will reach out. Because we receive many applications, we can’t respond to each one individually, but every submission is read.
