🎯 What You'll Do
As the Child Life Program Coordinator, you'll provide leadership and oversight for specialized Child Life programs while serving as a trusted resource for patients, families, staff, and leaders.
Program Leadership
✅ Lead the implementation, coordination, and ongoing growth of Child Life programs
✅ Develop innovative resources, tools, and support materials for patients and families
✅ Evaluate program outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Communicate program goals, outcomes, and needs to leadership and stakeholders
