Job Summary
The position is responsible for the provision of professional-level education products and services within the ATS Learning organization.
The Regional Learning Quality Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for the provision of educational, project management, academic advising, and facilitation services. Other responsibilities include design, development, delivery, monitoring, evaluation and quality control of training programs, policies, and practices.
This position requires collaborative work in a team, flexibility, and openness when dealing with others. The ideal candidate is passionate about training and adult learning.

Key Accountabilities:
• Oversee learner progression throughout training programs and provide academic counselling. • Coach instructors on effective adult training practices, teaching and coaching techniques. • Facilitate teams of operational subject-matter experts in the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training, using NAV CANADA’s Systems Approach to Training. • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training activities using the Systems Approach to Training in accordance with NAV CANADA policies and best practices. • Research new and effective adult training practices to enhance technology training initiatives for NAV CANADA.
